How More Can Be So Much Less!

I ate all of this in 2 days.

I ate all of this in 2 meals.

So you’ve tried counting calories, adding up points, tracking carbs, and avoiding fat grams but you are still STARVING! You don’t have to limit your food if you make the right choices.  I ate this 12oz box of salad in 2 days.  The great thing is you can eat as much as you want.  I put this on my plate by the handfuls,  I limit my salad dressing, (always dip, never ever pour) add a fruit, some kind of nut, sometimes a lean piece of meat and I eat until I am stuffed.  Feels so good to be on a diet, or living a healthy lifestyle or whatever you prefer to call it, and not have to limit my intake.
