8 Out Of Fourteen, Can You Commit?

Alright everyone… It’s time to make a COM.MIT.MENT! Let’s just do it!  We all know that Spring is pretty much here and that SUMMER is coming soon. Yikes!

Summer fashion brings on the shorts, tank tops and bathing suits.  When we put on that summer gear, we want to be more fit than we are right now, right?  Of course. Let’s take it one week at a time…

Commit with me, to work out 4 days out of the next seven, and then do it again making it 8 out of the fourteen.  If you already do that, commit to adding one more day per week for the next 2 weeks.  Committing will give you the boost you need to get fit, trim and toned for summer!

Get out that cool DVD series you’ve never tried and use it this week!  Run, walk, swim, fly… (no just kidding, but wouldn’t that be cool!) No matter what you decide to do, just start moving, your shorts will thank you!

I started today…. 1 down, 3 to go! When will you start?


One of my favorites because it’s, well… a crazy workout. When I’m done, I feel so accomplished, like I am a beast!


I like the 30 Day Shred because it’s quick and powerful!
